Powered Character Biography Form

This is a character form for the people of Redwood Heights that were infected with the virus that swept through the small, outlying city.

Powered characters are leveled in Tiers. The lowest Tier is Tier 1, which is where your character will start at. As you accumulate more posts for that character, it is allowed to move up to higher Tiers; the highest being Tier 4. For more information on this, please look at Powers Explained.

All threads should have the title based on the form 'Name - Tier #' or somewhere along those lines. Be certain to follow this so that your bio gets accepted in a timely manner.

As far as bio reviews go, don't expect them to go through on the first try. Here at Count the Shadows, we have high hopes for everyone.
